Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott in intensive care after motorcycle wreck

Fans of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's reality show, "Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," know that his love for motorcycle racing has caused plenty of conflict in their relationship. Well, now Tori's greatest fears have been realized.After a dirt biking accident, McDermott was rushed to the ICU bleeding and unable to move. He suffered a puncture wound to his side, which punctured and collapsed his lung. "At first I was mad," Spelling tells People. "I was pissed that he was out biking and crashed. But when I showed up and saw him lying there, and they told me they were admitting him to ICU with a collapsed lung, my heart dropped. My biggest fear had come true."
"He's taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life," Spelling continues. She has been at McDermott's side since the wreck and says he's in a lot of pain.
McDermott isn't in too much pain to tweet, though. "Thanks for the well wishes. A collapsed lung is no fun, and is a lengthy heal. Feeling pretty bad today. Day 2 is always the worst," he writes.
Tori is definitely never letting him on a bike again. Perhaps he should consider investing in a scooter.
