The-Dream divorced Christina Milian when she was pregnant

Christina Milian's former husband -- The-Dream -- filed for divorce nine days before she gave birth to their only child.

Let's say that again. NINE DAYS before she had his daughter on Feb 26, 2010.

The court docs were filed in Georgia on Feb. 17, 2010 and just obtained by TMZ. In the docs, The-Dream -- aka Terius Nash -- claims the marriage is "irretrievably broken."

In the divorce docs, The-Dream also declares, "There is no hope for reconciliation." Nash has already been photographed frolicking with his assistant in the Bahamas.  But he recently ramble/blogged about his suicide attempt over the divorce.

Who divorces his wife when she's pregnant?  What is it with these guys?
