Spencer Pratt misses fame, not his wife
Bachelor-to-be Spencer Pratt isn't bothered about wife Heidi Montag's recent petition for divorce, but he would like to be on TV again.
The former "Hills" star, who wasn't even allowed into the finale party, is so desperate to reignite his flickering fame, he's taken to Twitter to get back in MTV's favor.
Samples from his more awkward entries include "don't know how to live without producers guiding my storyline" and "once these Shores boys are done I am on the bench coach ready to make ratings PLAYBOY SPENCE BACK."
And the third-person references don't stop there.

picture actor/pop star career and being a single sex symbol for the

He also admits that his marriage never really was real. "I love Heidi, but our marriage was a show -- it was part of 'The Hills' world," he says. "And that world is on a sound stage."
So the divorce is a go, and if we can weather the headlines it generates for the next few months, we could be free of Heidi and Spencer for good. They seemed much stronger when they were working together.
