'Secret History of America' director Oliver Stone: Hitler not all 'bad'
Controversial director Oliver Stone doesn't think Hitler was all bad.Earlier this year, Stone told assembled reporters during Winter TV Press Tour that his 10-hour documentary Showtime documentary entitled "The Secret History of America" will show that Adolf Hitler was "an easy scapegoat" and will help put the mass murderer in context.
"We can't judge people as only 'bad' or 'good.' [Hitler] is the product of a series of actions," Stone says. "It's cause and effect. People in America don't know the connection between WWI and WWII."
In the Sunday Times, he notes "Hitler is a monster. There is no question... He was a crazy psychopath," explaining, "Hitler was a Frankenstein but there was also a Dr. Frankenstein. He is a product of his era."
And he points out that Hitler's rise was supported by "German industrialists, the Americans and the British. He had a lot of support."
His documentary will reveal Nazi financial ties to U.S. companies such as Ford and General Motors. which were investigated for profiting from World War II. Hitler even presented his pal Henry Ford with the Grand Service Cross of the Supreme Order of the German Eagle in 1938.
The director also feels that "Hitler did far more damage to the Russians than the Jewish people, 25 or 30 million," says Stone, who now espouses a theory about the US obsession with the Jewish holocaust which is, you guessed it, that old bugaboo, the Jews' domination of the media.
"There's a major lobby in the United States," Stone says. "They are hard workers. They stay on top of every comment, the most powerful lobby in Washington. Israel has f***ed up United States foreign policy for years."

That's a stretch you're making there, Elizabeth. And I don't think your article fully supports it.

I want to preface this by admitting that this article is my sole source of information on Stone's comments, but it's apparent that he isn't in any way DEFENDING Adolf Hitler or the Holocaust. Not that I agree with everything he's quoted saying here, but it looks like his main message is that Hitler didn't just arise in a vacuum-- there were other factors at work toward the atrocities of his regime that we often overlook, because it's easier, and more interesting storytelling, to just chalk it all up to one man's evil agenda, but it wasn't nearly that simple. If Hitler had never been born, I truly believe somebody else might have filled a similar role...
Oliver stone is a typical Leftie sympathizing with the enemy.
But he is right how there is a powerful jewish lobby in washington. Not to mention Hollywood. Every year there are few movies released about the jews in ww2. What about the 20 million russians and ukranians starved by Stalin?

Because of the Holocaust Industry and the Jewish fear of being "minorities", the United States has been forced to endure decades of uncontrolled immigration to the point where even those who have entered illegally will very likely be legal soon. Ya see, everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.
The Netherlands and Belgium are more crowded than Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and “assimilating” with them.
Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to "assimilate," i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.
What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?
How long would it take anyone to realize I'm not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?
And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldn't object to this?
