Paris Hilton goes topless, sparks international breast implant rumors

When spoiled socialite Paris Hilton isn't busy getting caught with marijuana, (and isn't it always someone else's...) she's been photographed going topless on the French and Italian Riviera on a luxury yacht. Granted, going topless in Europe is NOT a big deal. 

But Paris has set tongues wagging for another reason. She doesn't look the least bit bashful about posing sans bikini top for the camera, showing off what looks -- even to casual Paris Peepers -- like a recent surgically enhanced bustline. 

It's funny too because  The Dish Rag noticed a bit of a boost to Paris's sweater puppy profile at the recent MTV premiere for ""The Hard Times of RJ Berger" and "Warren The Ape" at the West Hollywood hot club,Trousdale, on June 7. Check out the photo above.

Now, after seeing her new Mediterranean topless shots, we agree with the speculation.
