Oksana Grigorieva's sister Natalie possibly leaked Mel Gibson tapes

Speculation has been running rampant about how the tapes of Mel Gibson's latest tirades ended up on Radar Online. But now the Hollywood Reporter is reporting that several sources confirm that Oksana Grigorieva's youngest sister Natalie is suspected of leaking the tapes."I suspect that if the authorities look at the sister, they'll find a wire transfer or a check to her from the website," a source close to the case alleges. "She and Oksana are very close."
"All the tabloids said no to the deal because they were asked to purchase the audio tapes before hearing them," says another source.
If it is discovered that Natalie sold these tapes with her sister's knowledge, Oksana could possibly be found in contempt of court or facing possible extortion charges because of a text that she sent him explaining why she taped him.

Listened to the tape. I have a hard time believing it is real. First of all, it sounds professionally edited. Second, it sounds almost as if a voice over by somebody sounding pretty close to Mel Gibson actually did it. I say this from an audio engineers point of view.
Why do I say this? well, first her voice is way too crisp. clean and clear. his is not. Second, there's too much static hiss, pops and little breaks. Thats just looking at the alleged recording. Something else that pops to mind is, she sends him a alleged "blackmail/extortion" letter stating she is going to destroy him if he does not give her what she wants. No mention of the tape in this letter. She's relying on his previous outburst to sell the point he's racist. Next, she illegally taped him. No court order for a wire tape, no two party notification and consent, which is state law for California. Meaning both parties have to consent to being recorded, and both parties have to be informed. Over all, it is just too shady.
The people denying what Mel said and did to Oksana have serious psychological problems of their own. They are themselves misogynists, enablers or abusers.
No one is really defending him. Goodness knows, he has a lot of issues. The problem is that this woman is complicit in all of this. If you know a person is this unstable do you go out of your way to provoke him? Only if you have the tape recorder going. The night he "hit" and "hit" the baby why didn't she call the police? They supposedly weren't together by then. Ah...the money...he would be less likely to come up with the money if she sent him to jail. This dribble dribble dribble of the tapes and the e-mails are certainly designed to taint a jury. And something is so decidedly fake about her end of these conversations, clear as a bell and as if she has memorized a part.
I'm inclined to agree with Lynn to some degree.
If I was hit by anyone (b/f, husband), I would call the police immediately. As a matter of fact, I was hit once by my ex-husband, police were called and restraining order was put into immediate effect by the judge. I do not condone any type of abusive behavior, i.e, physical, emotional, etc.
I'm not here to defend Gibson. His little anti-Semitic rant and the sugar t*** comments were enough for me to turn my back 4 yrs ago.
I suppose Mel didn't think someone would release the tapes. His goose is cooked regardless of how you look at it.
See, I always had a good career and saved money and made good investments. My ex offered (by no request from me) several very generous gifts during our amicable divorce. No thanks. I'm very happily married now.
I feel bad for his soon to be ex wife, children (including Lucia).
Oksana perhaps saw the abusive side of Mel early or a decline in their relationship and decided to take a different route than calling the police.
Oh, also anyone who is being abused (female or male), get out, seek outside sources to help you. There is multitude of organizations.
The more I listened to the tapes, I began to think the tape was doctored. It just didn't sound like Mel in parts of it.
Her responses sound too rehearsed.
As far as enabling goes, there's more than one side to this. One can enable a gold digger, as well!
Mel seems to be self-destrucive to me. He should not have her around the house. I hope he checks for hidden tapes from now on.
She has learned very well that the media can be used for her own benefit. There are many others who do the same!
I agree that Mr. Gibson seems to have gone round the bend but there is something more to those audio tapes. They seem to one sided as if what she had been saying to provoke him was edited out. Either way I think they both clearly have issues and she is gasoline to his fire but the bottom line is he left his wife and children for her and they have a baby together so he needs to man up and support her in the style she was being supported before he swooped in to F up everyones lives.
