Meet Kate Winslet's rebound model boyfriend, Louis Dowler. OMG and a half

According to the Daily Mail, a British tabloid, Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet is dating a handsome male model.  If this is true, all the Dish Rag can add is "Good on you, Girl!" Way to rebound well from the recent split from your stuffy director hubby Sam Mendes.

She and Louis Dowler -- who has modeled (he's with Select Models) for Burberry, Paul Smith and Paco Rabanne, and is the same age as Kate -- reportedly met through friends. Word is that they are dating and trying to keep the new relationship under wraps.

But they were together in New York recently, where he was shooting a fashion campaign and where she is shooting an HBO miniseries version of the Joan Crawford film "Mildred Pierce." The mini-series also stars Evan Rachel Wood, Melissa Leo and Guy Pearce and is being directed by Todd Haynes.

Meanwhile, Mendes, 44, is rumored to be seeing Rebecca Hall, 27, the daughter of veteran theater director Sir Peter Hall.

Nothing against Rebecca, but we think Kate got the best deal. And after her nude Vanity Fair pics, we're still hoping we haven't seen the last of her nude film scenes.
