Justin Bieber Tweeted a shout out to veteran comedian/actor Bill Cosby, who turns 73 today: "shoutout to Bill Cosby because it is his bday today and that guy is funny....we watch him on the bus sometimes."

According to Just Jared Justin got some real time tongue action with his cougar gal pal Kim Kardashian at an LA Pinkberry frozen yogurt shop on Sunday afternoon (July 11). No, not kissing. Just licking. Yogurt, people!
But last night the Biebs Tweeted from Seattle, where he's performing Tuesday (July 13), that he hoped his first night wouldn't be "Sleepless in Seattle."
