Jennifer Aniston's Lolavie: The naked truth behind her perfume promos
Jennifer Aniston launched her new fragrance, Lolavie, at Harrod's in London on Tuesday (July 20) and was greeted by hundreds of fans wanting autographs and a look at one of the most beautiful women in the world, who just happened to be once married to Brad Pitt. And well, we all know how that ended.Perhaps because she has always posed nude for her scent's ads, thus conveying a lack of artifice, naturalness and freshness (not mention instant availability), she stuck to the bare flesh theme by wearing a skin-colored strapless chiffon Valentino minidress that accented her tawny-toned limbs.
We're not saying that Jennifer Aniston is always photographed naked (yes, she is!) but she sure seems to prefer posing au naturel on magazine covers, in fashion spreads, on bottled water billboards and for her new perfume. That's a lot of skin and we have the photos to prove it.
Jennifer called her scent "a non-perfume perfume" because she herself is not a big fragrance wearer. "I am not a big perfume-y fragrance fan. I want people to go 'What is that? You smell great!' But most of all, I wanted it to smell natural."
So what does it smell like? Imagine if you could (lightly) scratch Jennifer's shoulder and inhale deeply ... Mmmm. Hey, she smells great!
Here's a full-length look at tawny Jen and the easiest fashion poll you have ever had to take part in.
