Did Chris Brown use tear-inducing eye drops at BET Awards?

chris-brown-bet-500.jpgChris Brown's tearful collapse during his Sunday (June 27) BET Awards performance of Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror" caused quite the stir among guests in the Shrine audience and with the TV viewers at home.

Even the show's host Queen Latifah told the Dish Rag exclusively that she was moved by his real, honest emotion. "I thought Chris Brown's performance was amazing, just amazing," she raves. "Not only was it a knockout performance, but his heartfelt emotion ... you can't plan that, you can't write that. It's just truth."

Or was it?

Us is now reporting that one of Brown's bodyguards gave the singer stinging tear-inducing eye drops. Brown's rep denies the charge. Brown, the rep says, "was moved by the opportunity to pay tribute to his idol."

But the witness maintains, "He rubbed it in and he started crying."

Still, his tears -- real or fake -- moved the Queen. "He needs to be forgiven. Enough already. We can't keep beating him up," adds Latifah, using what has to be the most ironic choice of words ever.

What do you think? Did you buy Chris's tearful collapse or was it fake and scripted?

Fake

i don't know it was fake or not but i get the feeling he is a big faker in general. & i hope he disappears from the public eye ASAP.

I believe I said this yesterday thank you very much... What a douche.

Listen to me people he is a woman beater...he will do anything and everything to get that money back to support his sexual addiction...including misleading the public...you all need to wake up and take a spoon full of surgar to help the reality of this man go down....

Haven't we all seen by now, this guy will stop at nothing to snooker the public and regain his career. He will stoop as deceitfully low as he has to. This is one pathetic excuse for a human being.

He does not need to be forgiven. It's not like he shop lifted a shirt at the mall. He beat the crap out of his girlfriend. He is scum. I bet he was faking it 100%.

I am so tired of hearing about Chris Brown.Rihanna is moving on with her life and a new relationship. I think it's time we the public moves on too.

I believed he was being honest, those tears were not fake michael jackson was his idol nd he was moved that he got to perform his great music nd dance moves.

It really sucks how people continued to attack Chris. This guy has really paid for it and of course his actions were wrong. It's not right to beat on woman but it's time to move on people. This is a young man that is trying to do something positive with his life but everyone continue to attack him. This guy at least deserves a second chance.
Personally, he proved he is a true MJ fan with his performance. I am sure MJ really expired him and he probably thought about how people treated MJ and he feels like he is in the same situation which is everyone dislike him. TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELF...AND TELL ME IF YOUR PERFECT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that everyone deserves a second chance. I think it was a honest breakdown. Everyone has down something wrong in their life he just happened to do it in the public eye just forget and move on yes he hit a woman and he paid for it so that's all you can do
