Could Ashley Dupre sell NY bachelor pads? Oh, yeah

Ashley Dupre -- the former call girl who serviced former Governor Eliot Spitzer -- is preparing for her real estate license exam so she hawk swanky pads in Manhattan and beyond.

The New York Post has Ashley, who recently exposed her amazing tutela valui in Playboy, reportedly  swiftly passing the NYU accelerated Real Estate Salesperson course. The course is required to apply for a New York broker's license.

Not that Ashley will be selling real estate full time. Puhleeze. She has so many other proverbial irons in the fire.

She told the Post, "New York City real estate has always been an interest of mine. It's just something that I wanted to do. Where this goes is yet to be determined."

Her other passion (OK, hold the wise cracks) is her "Ask Ashley" sex column that runs every Sunday in the NY Post. Think of her as the Ann Landers of coitus.

Tell the truth, would you let this woman show you apartments, condos and townhouses in Manhattan? Of course, you would. There probably isn't a man with a pulse in New York who wouldn't go to one of her open houses.
