'The View': Bethenny Frankel reveals spinoff caused 'Real Housewives' rift with Jill Zarin
"Bethenny Getting Married?" chronicles many of Bethenny Frankel's causes for celebration: Tying the knot, having a first child and making a successful brand for herself.
Unfortunately, it's this "Real Housewives of New York City" spinoff show that's at the heart of why her friendship dissolved with fellow NYC housewife Jill Zarin.
"What really was the impetus was she told my castmates not to film with me on 'Housewives' because why help me out on my new show, in order to spin out," she tells the ladies on "The View" Thursday, June 10. "For me, that was messing around with my livelihood, and I took that really personally."
She adds, "I really do wish Jill the best and you never know what will happen in the future, but right now there are so many positive, pure things going on in my life that I don't want to dig up that [skeleton]."
Frankel, in a cute polkadot dress and red shoes, seems to identify with Elisabeth Hasselbeck the most during the interview since they're both young career moms.

On returning to "Real Housewives" Season 4:
"It is really ugly and it's why I may not come back if it were this same cast. Truthfully my own show is not like that. It's humorous and it's emotional but it's not because I walk into a party in a ballgown and slap somebody in the face. I think intelligent shows don't have to be such a train wreck."
About baby Bryn's personality:
"She's unbelievable and really sweet. I think she has her father's personality."
About Bryn's future involvement on "Bethenny Getting Married?":
"It's her choice in life if she wants to be on it. This isn't 'Jon & Kate.'"

I think that says it all, folks!
Bethenny is right about the turn the show took. I stopped watching it cause I could not take the bashing, bullying and meanenss. It was the most disgusting display of stupidity I ever seen. Jill, Kelly and luanne should go.
At least I am glad that we get to see Bethenny continue on in her new life.
I think 99.9% of the situations on RHONY are planned out ahead of time, but in this case, I can see that Jill would truly ask the other women not to film with Bethenny. It's called professional jealousy.
I think it's awful that Jill asked the other women not to film with Bethenny. Jill is a yenta who needs to get a life.
I only started watching RHONY not long ago and was struck by Bethenny's intelligence, wit and most of all her vulnerability, honesty and earnestness in living her life authentically.
It became a "hate-fest" on the show out of jealousy - the least talented and least genuine ladies did not get along with Bethenny, that's clear to see.
Kelly (incredibly dumb and tries to keep up by stream of conciousness gibberish) and Louann (NO CLASS AT ALL - people of breeding never lecture, gossip or point out other's flaws - real or imagined: class is not acknowledging another's bad manners nor flouting your good ones). To Kelly and Louann - having to always tell people what kind of person you are means that you are a phony - your actions belie what you are. Phonies are insecure and jealous - no wonder you both are so venomous towrds real talent and success (Bethenny).
Jill - Alex said it best: you are a mean girl. Mean, nasty and jealous. You don't love Bethenny (although she mistakenly loves you), you love being in the middle of the drama and gossip that's all.
I think all 3 (Kelly, Louann, Jill) should be replaced!
