The Jake Pavelka-Vienna Girardi break-up -- Jake broke it off [UPDATED]

UPDATE: TMZ now has Vienna's side of things. A source close to her says that she was not stepping out on Jake, but instead she was the one who ditched him because he was being a "fame whore" who didn't want to work on their relationship. Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to go on shows like "The Bachelor." It is a sad day indeed for fans of the "Bachelor"/"Bachelorette" franchise. Late Monday night (June 21), Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi announced they were splitting up. Their rep tells OK! magazine, "Jake and Vienna have split and appreciate respect for their privacy at this time."
But now TMZ is reporting that Jake is the one who ended things -- apparently because he suspected Vienna of cheating on him with Gregory Michael of ABC Family's "Greek." Gregory and Vienna were seen flirting this past weekend in Santa Monica so who knows?
Either way, as watchers of Jake's season of "The Bachelor" we aren't ... what's the word ... stunned at this revelation. We were Team Tenley all the way and never really understood what was going on with Jake picking Vienna.
Now he can go try to be a real boy and we can go back to liking the song "On the Wings of Love." Everybody wins! Just please -- PLEASE -- do not put her in the "Bachelor Pad."

Now Jake can date Chelsie Hightower, his professional instructor from Dancing with the Stars. Really they had all the chemistry of a married couple - they were fighting all the time.
What a shocker.

Jake should never have picked Vienna if he was truly looking for a wife to settle down with. Of all the nice (and pretty)girls he had to choose from, why on earth did he pick to worst one there?????
Please, please, please don't put Vienna on another show. She's the biggest fake drama queen ever!! Don't mess up somebody else's life!!
A good turn for the Bachelorette show would be to bring Jake on for Ali. THose two would have made a good couple.
