Soccer stud Landon Donovan's love child, British mistress

First, soccer stud Landon Donovan and Team USA lose the World Cup.

Now the Daily News has named the 28-year-old married soccer star as the father of a love child, the result of an alleged affair during those cold 10 weeks in 2009 that he spent in Everton, England in the English Premier League.

"If I need to take responsibility, then I will provide the appropriate support," Donovan tells Sports Illustrated.

His mistress is also threatening to spill details of their love affair, which probably won't thrill his wife, "Rules of Engagement" actress Bianca Kajlich.



But although they have been separated since July, almost a year, they are not officially divorced. Yet.
