'Real Housewives NY': Sonja Morgan arrested for drunk driving
While The Dish Rag loves us some "Real Housewives" gossip, we can't just report on the ones we don't like. Sonja Morgan, one of the newest and most likeable "Real Housewives of New York City," was arrested for allegedly drunk driving early Monday (May 31) morning in Southampton, New York.
According to Long Island News 12, Morgan was pulled over by police after failing to stop at a stop sign at First Neck Lane in Southhampton.
Authorities say she failed a field sobriety test and refused to take a breathalyzer. She was taken to the station and charged with a DWI.
RadarOnline.com reports that Sonja was partying in the Hamptons for Memorial Day weekend.
Sonja, 46, joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of New York City" this season. The other housewives have called her the life of the party. She won over fans quickly with her fun-loving demeanor and cougar-may-care attitude. Recently, viewers watched her diagnose Kelly Bensimon's (alleged) insanity and help to diffuse the situation on Ramona Singer's "non-bachelorette" getaway.

She could have killed someone and I hope they throw the book at her. Is this what everyone considers lovable about this woman? I fail to see what is so likable about a sex-obsessed, vacuous woman who drives drunk. Just my opinion.

I can't stand the Sonja character. She's hard on the eyes and worse on the uptake. I can't believe Real Housewives couldn't find someone REAL to add to the show -- someone worth looking at. fercryingoutloud, dump the slag.
Oh, and her constantly talking about sex -- makes me sick, she's so hard up. Ack! GET RID OF HER!! GONE!! PLEASE!!!
She made a terrible mistake and now she's paying for it and facing the consequences. Last thing she needs is a bunch of Ho-bags making her feels worse!!!
