Mel Gibson, Jeremy London have serious mother issues

Boy, a lot of mother issues popping up in the celebrity news today.

First, Playboy offers Justin Bieber's hot 34-year-old mom Pattie Lynn Mallette $50,000 to pose topless. And somewhere Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina Lohan is seething.

Now Mel Gibson has slapped legal papers on Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his baby daughter. And poor Jeremy London is suing his mother for worrying about his drug use and not believing his kidnapping story.

The "Mad Max" star is reportedly trying to stop her talking about his private affairs.  Gibson and his Russian singer girlfriend split up after a year of dating, during which time she gave birth to their child and a painful album of breathy love songs.

After the split, Grigorieva held a press conference (?) and revealed, "I can tell you that we have split up, suddenly and recently," she said. "Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."

And for the final mother's day present, Jeremy London is suing his mother for expressing serious doubts about his recent kidnapping tale.

The troubled actor's lawyer is suing his mom Debbie Nielsen, his twin brother Jason London and Jason's girlfriend, Sofia Karsten, to make them stop blabbing about his drug issues, casting more doubt on his screwy kidnapping/forced to smoke drugs story.

The injunction against them is meant to "specifically stop [them from] telling harmful lies," Jeremy's attorney, Catherine Lombardo, tells RadarOnline.com.

Jeremy's family has said that Jeremy needs help immediately for his drug use. And they are very worried about him.
