Justin Bieber's birthday practical joke on Scooter Braun. You can help!

Justin Bieber wants all his fans -- this means you -- to send videos of themselves singing really badly to the man who first discovered his video on YouTube, Scooter Braun. Seems today (June 18) is Scooter's birthday and Justin thinks this would be very funny.

You may also remember Scooter (his real name is Scott) for getting arrested for not stopping the Great Bieber Riot of 2009. 

And since this this man is responsible for single handedly changing the world, giving you a reason to live and creating the hair trend known as the Bieber Swoosh, you should send him something.

Here's the Bieb's suggestion.

He Tweeted:

@scooterbraun discovered me so 4 his bday everyone follow and send him vids of u singing really badly saying discover me. Drive him nuts!

He got that brilliant idea an hour after he Tweet-urged fans:

Whatup folks.Everyone follow @scooterbraun and wish him a happy birthday..everyone write him twenty times and maybe, just maybe he'll trend.

But first, he taunted Scooter with this aging Tweet:

happy bday @scooterbraun !!! Party hard old man...yeah i said it....old man!! haha

Scooter Tweeted back:

@justinbieber. old man!?!? Haha. Very funny. I don't think so...wait...ouch...I think I just threw my hip out. Anyone seen my teeth?

So how old is Scooter? He has turned 28. Yup, that's what Justin Bieber considers old....
