Justin Bieber knows his own mind and he know what he likes and doesn't like when it comes to the ladies too.He tells seventeen magazine that he likes "someone who's funny, confident and not afraid to be herself." OK, kind of general but definitely something that can be worked with. Plus, he's smart to keep his options open.
However, Justin does have some very specific dislikes: "I think Uggs are ugly. And I think big sunglasses are kind of overrated. I like big sunglasses but not those huge, round ones."
Ouch. So much for Hayden Panettiere and Nicole Richie. Which is kind of too bad since Hayden is probably one of the few gals out there shorter than The Bieb.
The anti-Uggs/big sunglasses stance also knocks Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton and the Olsen twins off his list. Way to make the twenty-somethings feel old and out-of-fashion Justin.

Okay first of all yea he has a pretty dam good point about the uggs and sunglasses because i hate them too but i think he is to picky about the girl thingy! It's a good thing Justin doesn't like them, cuz he'll never get them or anyone near as beautiful as those women are!
