Jodie Foster: Teen boy accuses Oscar winner of mall attack

L.A's The Grove is kind of like the Disneyland of malls. You truly want to believe that adorable little forest creatures are operating it from behind-the-scenes and nothing bad could possibly ever happen there.One certainly wouldn't think Oscar winner Jodie Foster would go after a 17-year-old boy who dared approach her for a photograph.
Yet, that's what's being alleged by one young man's family.
The unnamed boy's father tells RadarOnline that on May 29, his son was on the way to the movies with his girlfriend when he saw Foster in the mall's parking garage and asked if he could get a photo.
Reportedly, Foster turned on the boy and poked him in the chest and "pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm."
Police were not called to the scene but an incident report was filed later by the family.
Meanwhile, the actress' rep tells People that the police report is a "complete fabrication" and that the teen was actually a professional paparazzo who had been following Foster and her two sons -- Charles and Kit -- for awhile.
"He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens," the rep says. "He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet."

I doubt she is a diva, if someone was following your family, etc, you would protect them. Just because they are a "celebrity" doesn't mean they can't have a life. If she was at a promotional event and something like this situation occurred, then I might have a different view.
Jodie Foster's never been known as a diva so I'd like to know more about the "accuser" before I accuse her of anything. Show me the "unnamed" teen so we can be sure that's what he is. Why would they have waited until later to report it to the police? Perhaps someone looking for an opportunity to score some free money from a wealthy performer? I believe JF's representative.
So not only is the teenager a member of the papzi (pretty low), he's a bit of a Daisy as well (really, assault charge for a poke in the chest?). Get that kid a dress.
On the way to the movies with a professional camera? Nice try idiot. I hope they throw the book at him for false accusations. Make him spend the next year painting over LA graffiti

When's the last time a paparazzo "asked" for a photo, then had his family file the report? Either this is a new pointless twist, or she's lying outta her.....
