Wife Shannon Price thanks Gary Coleman's fans for support

Following "Diff'rent Strokes" star Gary Coleman's death on Friday (May 28), a press conference was held where Coleman's brother-in-law Shawn Price read a statement from his sister Shannon."We are very grateful for all the wonderful support everyone has been extending to Gary's family. Thousands of e-mails have poured in to the hospital. This has been so comforting to the family to know how beloved he still is. Thank you so much for all that you guys have done and for the support and prayers that you guys have given us."
Coleman wed Price in 2008 when he was 40 and she was 22.
Less than three months after they were married the couple appeared on a two-part episode of the syndicated show "Divorce Court" due to Shannon's problems with Gary's anger issues and inability to accept blame.
While the couple did not divorce, Price was was arrested last summer on charges of domestic abuse and disorderly conduct after trashing his bedroom and locking Coleman out of the house.

What a horrible thing to say about his wife..... just because couples have issues doesn't mean they literally want to kill one another. he didn't have much that she could benefit from and just a cruel thing to say... i remember watching him on that show, he was very funny.... it's a shame that these kids seem to be cursed after doing such a wonderful show....

I belive they should check out & question those closest to him. He was to young to die. Two falls in just a few months that he has been hospitalised for , the last one killing him.
I mean we may never know but I'm with TimesUpBitch because this doesn't seem right.. Have you guys heard the dispatch call?? She practically left him there to die.. & for the amount of blood she complained about.. She was just to calm for his death not being premeditated to be convincing.. I do think the Prices have some involvement in his death.. Not judging, just saying..
Gary Coleman was ok in my book. Use to watch his show back when I was a Kid. He was one of those acters ya always wondered about when you got old... God be with his love ones..
