'Twilight's' Robert Pattinson wins British National Movie Award [Video]
"The Twilight Saga's" Robert Pattinson recently won the award for best performance at the British National Movie awards, which is voted on by fans.
He beat costars Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart, as well as Robert Downey Jr. in "Sherlock Holmes," Leonardo DiCaprio for "Shutter Island," and even "Harry Potter" stars, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint.
Pattinson accepted the award via video, since he's currently in Los Angeles shooting "Water For Elephants" with Reese Witherspoon. In the video, he thanks the fans for voting for him and "everything 'Twilight.'"
Also, "New Moon" won for best fantasy and "Eclipse" nabbed the honor for the most anticipated summer movie.

Congratulations Robert Pattinson! I luv you.
He has nothing to be proud about. He can't act. It is terrible to win an award over 'REAL' actors just because you are a pretty boy. His other movies all do poorly at the box office and he is only recognized for playing a vampire. When the series is over, pretty boys' career will probably go with it. He is just another pretty no talent act that will fade in time. Maybe he should learn how to act before it is too late. He shouldn't be proud of accomplishing nothing in his young acting life except playing a vampire and doing a few other pathetic movies that weren't good.
It's fame. It's fleeting. Hopefully he knows it and will retain his charm and humor. It's no surprise that whoever got the Edward role would be wildly popular. He knows he was the lucky one and now we'll see what the Twilight kids really have in the future. It has certainly opened doors and now we'll see which ones they choose.
