'Real Housewives NY': LuAnn de Lesseps nabs record deal, drops second single [VIDEO]

Well, it seems like "Real Housewives of New York City's" LuAnn de Lesseps may finally be able to afford those digs in Manhattan. The housewife has been signed to a record deal! In related news, an angel just lost its wings.

E! Online reports that "Count-less" de Lesseps signed with Ultra Records, an independent dance music label. 

On Thursday's (May 13) episode, LuAnn welcomed Bravo viewers into the studio with her as she recorded her first single, "Money Can't Buy You Class."

"In life, we don't always hit the 'high note' but I wanted to go out and do my best because I have always loved to sing," the former countess said in defense of her assault on viewers' ears.

Her producer likened her voice to Madonna and Black Eyed Peas' belter, Fergie. Obviously, he didn't hear what we did, but he's the professional!

On Thursday's "Watch What Happens Live," LuAnn previewed her second single and what we can expect from her impending bomb album.
