Matt Lauer cheating scandal gets another twist -- the 2010 Vancouver Olympics?

More details may be surfacing about "Today" show host Matt Lauer's alleged affairs outside his marriage to model Annette Roque. The National Enquirer is now reporting that Lauer walked out on Roque after she furiously accused him of stepping out with at least two women at the Vancouver Olympics back in February.Lauer was in Vancouver covering the Olympics for NBC and, according to the National Enquirer source, "went wild" at night at the local Vancouver hotspots. The Enquirer also says that they have spoken with Roque's mother, who confirms the marital fighting and that Lauer has left the family for now. However, RadarOnline is reporting that a "Today" source tells them Lauer and Roque have been living apart for two months. Apparently Annette is also no longer sporting her wedding ring and Lauer is looking for an apartment in New York City.
As Zap2it pointed out in our Lauer story on Wednesday (May 12), the National Enquirer has recently been the go-to source for breaking scandals, like Bristol Palin's pregnancy and Tiger Woods' affairs, and now that RadarOnline has a source too, does this scandal actually have some legs to it?

Radaronline and Enquirer are both owned by American Media. So, I don't think we're exactly talking about different "investigative journalists" and "sources". Kinda like the gambling hotlines that tell 1/2 the callers Team A is beating Team B and the other half get Team B as their "pick".
Annette should stay with Matt for the sake of the children. Just look the other way this time, I'm sure it won't happen again. For the kids!!!
