Former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant and NFL Hall of Fame linebacker Lawrence Taylor is making headlines Thursday, May 6 for his arrest in connection with a rape investigation in New York, though no official charges have been filed yet.His wife Lynette is telling TMZ that the entire incident is "one big setup" and that the rape allegations "are bull****."
Lynette says she believes it is a setup because the arrest is coming on the heels of an A&E documentary on Taylor called "Fame and Recovery" that she believes made him look like "a monster." She wouldn't elaborate on who she thought is behind the plot against her husband.
There is a press conference scheduled for Thursday afternoon (May 6), we'll keep you posted as more details emerge about the incident.
