A little web searching and we found out that he's the very popular Brazilian TV (Telenova) show host (Rodrigo Faro) who recently dressed like Lady Gaga for his show, and people are now calling him Lady RodriGaga.
Hate to say it, but the dude is not half bad. But he's got an edge. He used to be in the boy band, Domino.
