Did Jessica Simpson find the dress version of her Mom Jeans?
Jessica Simpson has a new role model: Michelle Obama.
"She's such an incredible woman, and she's with such a powerful man," Simpson tells People, sounding just a wee bit envious.
Meanwhile, Jess rubbed shoulders -- and another body part that will go unmentioned -- at the Time Inc. pre-party for the annual star-studded White House Correspondents Dinner (attended by Joe Jonas and Justin Bieber) with Oscar-nominated "Precious" star Gabourey Sidibe.
The theme of the night -- at least for the two of them -- seemed to be primary colors.
Together, Gabby wearing a bright blue flowing gown and a Jess in a pulling-around-the-waist-bust-hips yellow satin frock (designed by Carolina Herrera, Renee Zellweger's fave), the ladies looked a bit like life-size Muppets. The unsettling part is that Gabby actually looks smaller standing next to Jess. It's got to be some kind of fashion trompe l'oeil (that's French for "fool the eye"). We don't mean to sound hypercritical, but did Jessica manage to find the designer dress version of her unfortunate ill-fitting, high-waisted Mom Jeans?

Why do people pick the most unflattering pictures of her and them post them asking for people to make fun of her body? At least be fair and pick out a good pic. I saw some where she looked great, these are not really the best. I thought she looked gorgeous.
