David Boreanaz's wife Jaime Bergman is 'still mad' and 'still hurt'

David Boreanaz has already let fans know he and his family will "get thru this."

"This" of course referring to his recently revealed infidelity involving a yet unnamed woman trying to blackmail him in exchange for not exposing the affair.

Needles to say, it's not a happy place in the Boreanaz/Bergman household right now -- and while he and wife Jaime Bergman might be working on getting through "this," she's not quite there yet.

"I'm still angry," Bergman tells People. "I'm still mad. I am still hurt."

But she has stated she's willing to try to repair the marriage, which has been on the rocks for a while. The couple have been in therapy for the past year working on their issues.

"It took a crisis, it took infidelity to get us off our asses and work for what we want," admits Bergman. "We do the best we can. That's all we can do."

And similar to what her husband of nine years stated via Twitter, they're slowly but surely getting through it: "What's working for us [is] taking our time," says Bergman, "moment to moment, day to day."
