'Dancing with the Stars' Maksim Chmerkovskiy's speeding ticket dance

"Dancing with the Stars" Maksim Chmerkovskiy left STK after a dinner Monday night (May 24) with his partner Erin Andrews and roared away from the chic eatery in his Mercedes down La Cienega Blvd in West Hollywood, reports TMZ.

He even burned rubber! Way to impress everyone, Maksim. Bet it really wowed Erin.

But uh-oh, within seconds, an L.A. County Sheriff car with flashers on pulled the revving dancer over.

Maksim chatted with the cop and must have had a pretty decent explanation for his behavior (did his foot get stuck?) because the cop didn't give him a ticket.

Must be nice. Wonder if having Erin in the car helped?
