Charlie Sheen signs custody of daughters over to Denise Richards

Charlie Sheen is currently working on a plea deal with Colorado prosecutors over his December 2009 incident where he allegedly threatened and assaulted his wife Brooke Mueller. But now TMZ has learned that he has relinquished custody of his two young daughters 6-year-old Sam and 4-year-old Lola to ex-wife Denise Richards.Sources say Denise sought full legal custody in the fact of Sheen's recent marital problems, sobriety issues and criminal charges and Sheen did not fight her on it. Full legal custody means that Richards can now make all the primary decisions for the girls and can also travel with them without Sheen's permission.
The latest reports regarding Sheen's current marriage to Mueller are full of speculation, but an inside source tells the Dish Rag that "there have been many erroneous reports. Charlie and Brooke are living apart but they are still trying to work out their problems. They have not split up and are not ending their marriage."
Mueller and Sheen have 1-year-old twins Bob and Max together.

Sheen could have had a great life, but he's thrown everything of value away countless times.
How do you know that he's still a drug addict? I haven't heard anything about him admitting to still using drugs. As for the fornicating, his violent side would have been a better example to use because as long as he doesn't expose his sex life to his children, it has no relevance to his ability as a father.
That Charlie! He's been a screw up for years. He's led a charmed life yet he throws his future down the toilet bowl. That's what drugs, booze, hair-trigger temper and gambling will do for you!!
