Volcano kicks 'Iron Man 2' ash: London junket, premiere moved to LA

The Iceland volcano is kicking some major ash in Hollywood.

As The Dish Rag reported earlier, the ash-cloud air travel crisis has forced Paramount and Marvel Entertainment to move their "Iron Man 2" junket from London this weekend and the premiere there on Monday. Both events will now take place in Los Angeles.

"Iron Man 2" stars Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Mickey Rourke and Gwyneth Paltrow.

No word yet on a change of venue for the Ridley Scott "Robin Hood" London junket (with Cate Blanchett and Russell Crowe, also skedded for this weekend.  And the Cannes Film Festival  (May 12-23) is still up in the air.
