'Twilight'-texting NYPD Deputy Chief accused of sexual harrassment

jacob-bella-graphic.jpgThere's a Twihard among New York's finest, and he's on Team Jacob.

Deputy Chief Michael Gabriel has allegedly sexually harassed Detective Dawn DelValle-Sanchez at work by giving her unwanted massages and then texting her with messages alluding to characters in the popular "Twilight" franchise, reports the New York Daily News.

Gabriel had been using his department-issued BlackBerry to text the married DelValle-Sanchez constantly, apologizing for the massages and discussing other co-workers behind their backs.

"I ask for ur forgiveness and another chance (Think Bella forgiving Jacob)," he sent in a recent text.

How dare he sully the name of Jacob and Bella!

DelValle-Sanchez had not reported Gabriel for fear of reprisal, but the NYPD has launched an investigation in which she will cooperate.
