Sandra Bullock, Jesse James put house on the market

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are selling their Orange County home, according to TMZ.

Chuck Buscemi, a big-time Orange County Realtor, confirmed with TMZ that he got the listing Friday (April 30) and that the house is on the market for $5,995,000.

Those who wish to snoop around are out of luck -- there will be no open houses for the property. The house will also not be in the Multiple Listing Service, and potential buyers must pre-qualify.

No word on where James plans to put down roots next, but we know Bullock will be packing up and heading to New Orleans (sans James). She plans to raise her adopted son, Louis, in his hometown.
