Oprah Winfrey snags first televised interview with Rielle Hunter
2010 is shaping up the be the best year ever for fame-hungry mistresses. Rielle Hunter, whose daughter with former presidential candidate John Edwards turned two in February, will share her side of the story with none other than Oprah on a future episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show."Though Edwards initially denied being baby Quinn's father, he admitted to his involvement with Hunter and to paternity in January. He had been using funds donated by a 99-year-old benefactor, heiress Bunny Mellon, to financially support Hunter and the baby.
The air date of Oprah's interview with Hunter is unknown, but it will be the first televised interview Hunter has given in over two years. Her recent interview with GQ stirred up controversy as it was accompanied by photos of Hunter lounging in a men's dress shirt and not much else on her daughter's bed.
When asked why she was finally speaking up, Hunter told GQ, "I feel comfortable talking now, because Johnny went public and made a statement admitting paternity. I didn't feel like I could ever speak until he did that. Because had I spoken, I would have emasculated him. And I could not emasculate him."

Why would Oprah allow this ho to get on TV and trash the terminally ill woman she and that slimeball betrayed? That's what she will do because that's how she rationalizes what she's done. Awful, just awful. I won't watch.
Oprah has just gone down in my approval rating. Shame on her for having a woman on who had no problem cheating with a man who's wife is dying of cancer. Elizabeth doesn't deserve this. On that day, Oprah's show will be nothing better than tabloid trash!
This is simply a case of "A Tale of 2 Narcissists". I have known people like this all my life....relatives, supervisors and even friends. They can never take responsibility for their actions and they tend to find eachother so they can feed off of eachother's shallowness. Psychiatrists feel that these people are very difficult to work with because they are not really self-reflective (Rielle just cannot see her role in the whole demise of John Edward's marriage).
