Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green in Funny or Die PSA

"Transformers" hottie Megan Fox and her boyfriend David Silver Brian Austin Green are speaking out against budget cuts in the California public school system in a new public service announcement on Funny or Die.

The ad, which also stars "October Road's" Geoff Stults, pokes fun at Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's action movie history. After all, there's no need for a school nurse when "back in the early 90s, Governor Schwarzenegger cut a microchip out of the back of his own head. With no anesthesia," according to Stults' frazzled teacher character.

"That was the terminator," Green, who was part of "Terminator" canon during his time on "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" replies. Meanwhile, a child in diabetic shock weakly asks Fox to sign his "Transformers" DVD.

"No," she replies bluntly.

I love watching California disintegrate. Next is the usual fix: Raise taxes and increase the size and pay of the public employees.
