'Lost's Jorge Garcia blogs the 'cupcake sandwich.' Our lives forever changed.

If there's anyone out there we would trust to teach us consume a "cupcake sandwich," it's "Lost's" Jorge Garcia. Good thing he's willing to pass on his knowledge.

According to Jorge's blog, he just picked up this skill this past weekend at the first birthday party for castmate Josh Holloway's daughter, Java. "Lost's" second assistant director, Joyce McCarthy, showed it first to Don the "prop guy" who in turn demonstrated the process to Jorge.

On Monday, Jorge stripped away the mystery of the cupcake sandwich with six photos and step-by-step instructions for the rest of us.
