Lindsay Lohan tweets about her 'psychically' abusive dad

Unfortunately, there's nothing like a good public downward spiral to make someone semi-relevant again. Lindsay Lohan has once again been stepping out on the town enough to cause some concern, and recently there have been reports that certain media outlets are preparing obituaries just in case.

Last night, after attending half of the "American Idol" taping and then hitting Star Magazine's Young Hollywood party, Lindsay took to her Twitter. Haven't most kids her age learned to keep away from the social networking sites when you've had a few too many?

At 4:30 AM, Lohan posted a quick succession of tweets about her father:


Them's fighting words. As much as the idea of "psychically" abusing someone intrigues us, the allegations are serious.

This morning, the tweets had been deleted, perhaps because of a threat from Michael Lohan himself. According to Lindsay, she received a message from her "ex-father" today that read "I told you to stop Linds this is the last time ... and take down the tweet about me HURTING MOM.. U will be getting a call from SOMEBODY today to end you."

Yikes.
