Lina Marulanda, top Colombian model, dead from apparent suicide

Authorities have confirmed that Lina Marulanda, a famous television host and model in Colombia, did jump and did not fall out of her apartment window to her death on Thursday, April 22 in northern Bogota. According to Colombia Reports, Lina had recently separated from her second husband Carlos Oñate and was going through a difficult time, though they had been together only four months. The 31-year-old model was known in Colombia for appearing in fashion magazines and for hosting the news on Caracol television.
Marulanda got started modeling in Colombia at the age of 12 but did not ignore intellectual pursuits. She attended the University Jorge Tadeo Spirited of Bogota, where she studied publicity. She made her debut as the host of CM& news in 2002.

I happen to agree with Paul. I have no idea who she is and you know what? I don't care. If you're a fan or knew who she was my respects though.

First, the most suicide candidates don't jump to the street, they do it ashamed, not wanting all tontos watching their lifeless body on the calle, certainly Lina too, so.. in Colombia.
A sicario can arrange it for $50, which is too often an end for business break, love break, what ever. Killing, by the way (not accusing anybody particular)is a sport in Colombia. We kill here a fly like they kill a human being in Colombia, been there some 15yrs.
How sad. Sympathy to family and friends.
