'Gossip Girl': Leighton Meester dumps Sebastian Stan, sings 'Love's a Drug' tonight!

The course of true love never runs smooth on "Gossip Girl." But what's going on on the set of the hit CW TV show?

First came reports of Ed Westwick dumping his costar and girlfriend Jessica Szohr after she allegedly cheated (or maybe just flirted) with one of his best friends.

Now The Dish Rag hears that Leighton Meester has broken up with her longtime boyfriend, Sebastian Stan, who plays a recurring character named Carter. Or at least, he did.



Anyway, Korbi TV has already reported that Leighton is singing on tonight's show (Apr. 12) for the first time. Fittingly, she will sing a song (presumably about Chuck) called "Your Love is a Drug."
 



Since Leighton is the dumper, not the dumpee in this Sebastian Stan romance, we can paraphrase the show's slogan: we guess "You know you didn't love him. XOXO."
