Jon Gosselin wants 'Jon & Kate plus 8' Part 2. Or else!
Jon Gosselin wants back on TLC and is "open" to co-starring with ex-wife Kate Gosselin on a new TV project. Well, yeah of course. It's not like anyone is blowing up his digits for any other projects.Jon's lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, (how does Jon afford these lawyers?) tells TMZ that Jon would "love to settle" (Oh, we bet he would) the legal dispute he ignited when he asked for primary custody and child support.
But he's going to continue unless Kate gives up her "global commitments" for world domination. We're just kidding about the world domination. We think.
Can you say bribery?
List says even if she is kicked off "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday, Jon won't drop the case because Kate is "caught up in the glamour of Hollywood" and also has announced other money-earning reality shows, "Kate Plus 8 and "Twist of Kate"
In other words, take me along or get off the celebrity merry-go-round. Is Jon Gosselin a cad or what? Is either one of these parents thinking about those kids or just money and fame?

Sounds like extortion to me
It sounds like extortion to me too. How long is this lame fish going to be allowed to torture his ex and children. He thinks to much of himself
of course, it is extortion. The lame brain is dangerous. He made it clear on national TV "his twenties were wasted" and he certainly did not care how his behaviour affected his children. He wanted to destroy Kate and didn't care if his children suffered it the while.
The only reality show he should be on is "The biggest loser" but not the one with the people that are losing weight! One day his kids will look back at his behaviour (not the series) and realize that their father only care for himself
While chasing all the 20's while he was privileged to have been the stay at home Dad while Kate was away working to support the family, he brought his bimbo's home, smoke dope in the family home with the kids in the home. He needs to find his 8-5 job and vanish and quit torturing Kate and the kids. Afterall, that is all he wanted.
Just FYI, Jon only got List's assistance because List was a friend of his father who passed away a few years ago. That's why List is helping him without the financial considerations nor an understanding of all the bad things Jon has been doing that resulted in the current situation. It's too bad because if List really wanted to help his friend's son, he would do more good by giving Jon a fatherly lecture on how to be a father, than by pursuing litigation.
Ummm... Miss Kate is as much to blame. She's a publicity seeking hound as well. Put the blame at both J and K. They're both opportunity seeking hot air bags who aren't thinking about the kids in all of this. This was a very public, very messy divorce. The two "really do deserve each other."
Kate may be responsible for a lot of things, but she's NOT responsible for Jonboy's bad behavior: this is extortion, plain and simple.
His daddy's friend is going to regret that he ever took up the case. He'll end up looking so incompetent because he's let Jonboy pull the wool over his eyes. I have an ex who behaved similarly, and never told his lawyer the truth. His lawyer ended up dropping him like a hot potato after he did a bit of digging...my bet is that's what will happen with Jonboy too.
Kate needs to work (hello 8 KIDS)...Jon is just a losser trying to get money hes not entitled to!
When Jon's intention to file was first announced, Anthony F. List, Jr. stated that Jon's father first contacted him some time ago to ask that he be available to Jon for legal services. Since Jon's father died a few months after the sextuplets' birth, I doubt this is true. Also, it was stated that List and Jon Gosselin both attended the same high school. If so, I doubt they knew each - and they probably were not there at the same time. So all this pretty much stinks to high heavens.I think List and Jon both want the same thing: headlines, even if they're tabloid headlines. Too bad they are willing to jeopardize the peace of the Gosselin family in pursuing their egomanical goals. They can't win the lawsuit, but by God - they will get the publicity they crave.
