Jennifer Aniston, Gerard Butler's flirtations didn't save 'Bounty Hunter'
All of Jennifer Aniston's embarrassing public canoodling with her "The Bounty Hunter' co-star Gerard Butler -- Including that photo of his middle finger MIA in her bum crack taken in Paris during a press shoot -- didn't work across the pond. While her new rom com made a respectable $21 million in the United States on opening weekend, it only made $5.8 million in the UK, according to the Daily Mail.
At least it did better than Uma Thurman's "Motherhood." But that's like saying day old pasta tastes better than dirt.
The only positive note is that perhaps this box office bomb will make Jennifer STOP dating/pretending to date her male costars.
A., It's just not worth it and B., after a half dozen movies, Jen is starting to ruin her Girl Next Door image. She's in danger of becoming the Movie Set Slut.

Good article. Well said. You are exactly right. Bradley Cooper, Vince Vaughn, John Mayer, Owen Wilson and all the other associations including Gerard Butler (who she would have started kissing but the MO became to obvious) are all people under CAA's management, like Jen herself. CAA internally obviously believes that these (hired) romantic involvements during feature production compensate to balance Mr and Mrs Smith and gets her more publicity (and them more dollars) but the focus is TOTALLY wrong. They should focus on better quality, more interesting and innovative productions. What happens when these showmances contractually end is that the people are no better off, Vaughn and Mayer are far worse off, and Sculfor (hired for Diaz too) didn't get the acting job he wanted either. To her audience, it seems like she is always failing at love and that is depressing. It's very wrong minded of CAA and wrong minded of Jen to do this instead of being happy in herself, making higher quality, more creative content and being alive. She strains and over extends herself. On screen bickering is not funny or enjoyable to watch. It's depressing. I just don't understand why she is doing work like this, and faking relationships, when she can do so much better, enjoy life and make great work. It's a mystery to me.
I think info not correct, TBH has made 80 million so far in US and International. GB and JA have alot of fans and enjoyed this movie. Get facts right before putting info in black and white.
Agree with the blog above.....I like both of these actors and I know several people who actually have seen TBH more than one time...If they want to flirt so what...I think they make their own choices regardless of PR firm.

There are some so called journalists, they just write bad comments about all Jennifer Aniston movies.
But Bounty Hunter was a funny and exciting film and I enjoyed it very much. The cinema was crowded and people were laughing a lot.
Your infos are not correct, because Bounty Hunter made already around 80 millions worldwide.

The critics have been waiting with baited breath to pan this film. Jen and Gerard are delightful. The film garnered a number of laughs in the theater crowd and the story line was simply delightful. Please, critics, find someone else to bother...your reviews are keeping people from seeing a delightful and light film.
Both Jen and Gerald repeatedly stated that they were not together. How is this a romance - because they touched each other on the red carpet? But then as George Clooney stated - "don't let the facts get in the way of a good story". What really irritates me however is that Jen is blamed for the "failure" (which is not true TBH has already doubled it's budget)notice how Gerald is not blamed. Again Elizabeth you have out done yourself with your "hate" towards women.
Wow talk about hating on a woman for no good reason and calling her a movie set slut? That is so dishonest and you know it. Day old pasta the same as dirt? Lame comparison cause I'm sure you've eaten one but def not the other. And I didn't realize it was Jennifer's movie to save. Wasn't Butler in the movie as well? And by the way, it has already recouped it's budget so everything after that is gravy for the studios. My first visit here and from what I've read, you have zero credibility as a blogger.
