Excerpts from Kate Gosselin's new book 'I Just Want You To Know'

In between juggling eight children and "dancing" on "Dancing With the Stars," Kate Gosselin has found time to write a book titled "I Just Want You To Know: Letters to My Children on Love, Faith and Family."
PopEater has some exclusive excerpts from the book, including:
Berating her husband, Jon: "Much of what I said to Jon was unwarranted. I could have watched what I said better, I could have guarded my tongue better. I wanted to communicate better, but I often failed."
Not doing enough for the family: "I also didn't focus on the fact that much of the responsibility for our children, the finances, the schedules and the decisions about the future was on me."
Spending time on herself to look good: "Is there a law that says once you have kids you have to look frumpy?"
We particularly like the "frumpy" comment. We think there's a difference between not being frumpy and expensive hair extensions and tummy tucks. But maybe that's just us.
Kate has been making headlines galore recently with her "Dancing With the Stars" shenanigans. Jon may be pursuing custody of the kids and she keeps getting panned on her dancing.

Jon would never be there for those children. The children would be viewing things they shouldn't see or hear. I would have thought by now he would have realized that he isn't such a hero, that Kate was the best thing that ever happened to him. She took good care of him considering how he can't speak normally and doesn't hang around with the best people. You have no idea what you have missed, Jon. AT this point you won't realize.This has gone on to long for you to be normal and really not just say you love those kids(which I quesion) but want to be a family again.
Go Kate. Relax and move every part of your body to feel the dance moves. You can do it.
Will this greedy, fame grabber NEVER stop selling her childrens' privacy and dignity??? These letters (which I doubt she wrote) should be PRIVATE! What a monster she is. She sells pictures of their first bowel movements, parades them around in her quest to be a celebrity and then complains because the media annoys her.
I will be so delighted when her 15 minutes are over and we never have to hear of her again.
Did any of you watch the show in the beginning? It was Jon that got up and got the kids up, changed their diapers, made them breakfast and then went off to work, but not before he brought Kate a cup of coffee while she was still in bed.
Now the kids are being brought up with between three and five Cambodian nannies, depending on which number you agree with. Kate leaves on noon Saturdays and isn't back until W morning. She is with the kids for three days and then she is in the basement delegating authority.
I hope that Jon does get custody of the kids. He is the one who is seen taking them to the doctor whereas Kate thinks she is treating the kids by taking them with her to watch her skanky toenails get painted.
The first year of the tups life, she had over 40 volunteers who came in to help her with the kids. In addition, the State of PA provided her with a Medicaid nurse for a whole year. That is after paying her $2 Million hospital bill. Even when the kids were four-years old, she had a woman volunteer to come in and fold her laundry, another did the ironing and a third came in to put the clothes away.
Kate might have been busy but not overworked. After dinner, it was Jon who bathed all eight kids and put them to bed.
Kate is a lazy, entitled, as Bruno put it, "Super bi%ch from He&&.
So, Kate enjoy your last week of leisure because there is no one else on the show even close to as bad as you are. You are universally hated and the only one you have is your "body"guard in the adjoining hotel room. Why do you always have the ugliest costume, worst hair and makeup? Because the staff doesn't like you. Why aren't you asked to the party after Monday's show? Because the cast doesn't like you.
Tony should be getting combat pay for putting up with you.
I would NEVER buy anything this woman has her hands into! She would do anything to be in the public eye, and will always use her kids as her crutch. Most of us would really just like this woman to disappear and never be seen or heard of again, but we all know that is not going to happen anytime soon!

Some of you haters focus way, way too much about the Gosselins. It's creepy and stalkerish, not to mention obsessive. Do you have lives of your own?

I do not see why you haters are so much on Jon's side about things. I would think if I had 8 kids at home and had cameras all over me, hmmmmmm, should I really go to a bar and make a complete *** of myself. But no, Jon has thought of no one but himself and how his little feelings have gotten hurt. (should i shed a tear??? hell no) I'm sorry to let him in on this so late but marriage is a bumpy road and if you are not willing to take the good and bad you shouldn't ever get married. Those kids are the ones that have to live with the consequences of the divorce. Kate is just trying to pick up her dignity and move on. I know that I will vote on her on dancing with the stars. She hasn't went home yet and with the help of all of her fans she won't go home!!!!
