Dennis Hopper ordered to pay Victoria Duffy $12,000 a month

Dennis Hopper is fighting prostate cancer and going through a bitter divorce from his third wife, mostly over how much money she will get.

Hopper has told the court that he could only afford to pay his estranged wife, Victoria Duffy, $5,000 a month because he is broke and can't earn any money. She claims that he has millions in his art collection, etc, etc.

And the verdict is in:  People reports that a judge ruled Monday that Hopper, 73, must pay Victoria $8,000 a month in spousal support and $4,000 in child support.

The judge also ruled that Victoria and their daughter, Sunny, can remain living on the  couple's Venice, Calif., compound until their divorce case is resolved.
