Christina Aguilera's 'Not Myself Tonight' video: Has she gone Gaga?

Christina Aguilera is back, and she's not safe for work. Aguilera's last album, "Back to Basics," had a more demure '40s theme, but her new video for "Not Myself Tonight" from her upcoming album "Bionic" has her returning to the raunchy bondage gear that kept her "Dirrty" video at the top of the TRL charts eight years ago.

The video features Aguilera in various fetish outfits. At one point she appears restrained by handcuffs, a diamond ball gag, and a collar, and she spends much of the video in PVC bodysuits. The clip, which highlights plenty of lesbian romps, ends with an implied orgy in a church. Aguilera is fearless, proclaiming, "If you don't like it, f*** you," in the chorus.

Hype Williams directed the video. He's most recently made a splash with the Lady Gaga "Videophone" video, featuring Beyonce. Aguilera has been the subject of scrutiny recently because of supposed similarities between her new bolder approach to art and Gaga's always avant-garde style.

"That in particular is not even worth wasting the breath to comment on," Aguilera tells MTV. "I've been around for more than a decade and I think my work speaks for itself."

Motherhood hasn't tamed Aguilera a bit, and she has no plans to tone down her style for her young son, Max. "He's going to grow up in a household where he knows mommy expresses herself artistically and some of that will have to reflect itself sexually too at times," she says in an Access Hollywood interview. "He's going to learn to respect the fact that women are allowed to express themselves and not feel shameful about their bodies or their sexuality."

Dude, Hype Williams had nothing to do with the GaGa Telephone video. That was directed by Jonas Akerlund. Oh, and Xtina is so NOT jacking GaGa. People sound really stupid when they suggest such nonsense.

Surprised no one has even commented that it is a redo of all the Madonna videos.

GWadeHunter, the article said Beyonce's VIDEOPHONE music video, not Lady Gaga's TELEPHONE music video.

Poor thing, is such a has been. The song bombed on itunes, she doesnt have Britney's talent or looks, she is copying Madonna and GaGa. Why is this loser still around??? Poor Christina, had her time 5 years ago. Sad.

VideoPhone is BEYONCE ft GAGA... Poor thing the writter doesnt know that Telephone and Videophone are two dif songs and videos. Sad.

UR SUCH A ***** HAHAHAHA

M u obviously are retarted to think that itunes is the only place u can buy music, some people buy it from other sites and she definitely is not a has been, she has the best voice of this generation and she is defintely not copying lady gaga. Christina has been in this business for over 10 yrs and has no need to copy off another artist let alone lady gaga of all people. Christina is the natural blonde,(lady gaga dyed her's blonde) and christina has been had bangs, look back in christina's "Stripped" era days and you'll see that nothing has changed, she has been doing videos and songs like this so i dont get why people are acting all suprised. Christina is a legend and lady gaga is just a product,I doubt she'll last very long. If anyone is a copycat it's lady gaga, she has ripped off i dont know how many artists and yet get's called "original" or "unique" but christina doe's the littlest thing and she get's called a copycat of lady gaga. People please do some research on your music history, lady gaga is the copycat not Christina.

Christina's song debut at 23 on billboard top 100, while Britney debut at #1 with 3. Poor Christina is just as much of a loser as fat MiMi, her fame is gone along with her looks. Poor things, thinking they will ever be a gaga, madonna or brit.

The video is an insult to Madonna. Its clear Madonna wouldnt want anything to do with this has-been. Madonna had Britney on her tour not this hasbeen who is now trying to be GaGa. Even Ke$ha is a better artist than more relevant than Christina.

I guess people have 4gotten about Dirrty, Fighter, Lady Marmalade.... This copy thing is retarded. Why is everyone so far up Gagas *** that they think nothing happend b4 2008. This is clearly an upgraded version of XTina and the vid is a homage to Madonna...someone who has been around for 20 years not 2
