Charlie Sheen dons dumb disguise for Angelina Tracy tryst!

Is Charlie Sheen back to his bad-boy habits?

The "Two and a Half Men" star, getting "treatment" at a Malibu rehab center, has reportedly been sneaking out of the facility (wearing a fake mustache) for trysts with a lingerie model named Angelina Tracy.

InTouch Weekly claims that the model is an alleged paid escort who charges $3,000 an hour and goes by the alias "Nina."

Sheen -- as you may recall -- was a former client of "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss.

In addition to reportedly bringing Tracy back to his mansion (and the bed he shared with wife Brooke Mueller (if you believe Radaronline.com ) while she was out of town, the  actor was also spotted sneaking in and out of her Studio City home.
 

Sheen was photographed skedaddling out of Tracy's pad on April 7 (after an hour visit) wearing a hooded sweatshirt, dark sunglasses and a fake mustache.

But according to Sheen's publicist Stan Rosenfield, the disguise was just a joke on the paparazzi, he knew he was being followed and the visit was just a "12th step call" to a friend. Huh. So not a 13th step call?
 
Sheen, who is reportedly quitting his hit CBS sitcom, still faces domestic violence charges following that nasty Christmas Day scuffle with his wife, the mother of his twin sons

You have to wonder if Brooke finds Charlie's philandering "Two and a Half Men" character as funny as the rest of us do.
