'Bachelor' Bob Guiney getting divorced from Rebecca Budig of 'All My Children'

"Bachelor" Bob Guiney is being divorced by his wife, actress Rebecca Budig of "All My Children." She filed for divorce at the Los Angeles Superior Court on April 19, asking that the court grant him no spousal support. The couple has no children.

Budig cited irreconcilable differences on the court documents, according to People, which is simply making the split official.

The couple's break-up was publicized earlier this year, and the official date of separation on the divorce papers listed as Sept. 7, 2009.

Guiney, 38, and Budig, 36, were wed in July 2004. Guiney was previously with Estella Gardinier, the winner of his "Bachelor" season.


Perhaps the divorce means Bob can be one of the past "Bachelor"/"Bachelorette" contestants asked to appear on "Bachelor Pad," the new "Big Brother"-esque spin-off of the popular ABC dating show!
