Audrina Patridge felt pressured to have plastic surgery

During its April 27 premiere, fans of "The Hills" noticed a change in the show's opening title sequence. Inspired by Heidi Montag's disturbing transformation, the cast's name cards now show before-and-after photos of the cast members. Now there's no denying the various ways that fame, money, and in some cases, plain old time have changed not only Montag, but also Audrina Patridge and Kristin Cavallari.

Though Patridge has denied having plastic surgery, her noticeably larger breasts are regularly on display on "The Hills." Now, several friends have confirmed to Us that Patridge got plastic surgery to boost her confidence after feeling pressured to have the perfect body. "She thinks she has a banging body," a friend says. Another friend says that she's confident, and "I don't think she'll have more plastic surgery."

Displaying his typical hypocrisy, former cast member Spencer Pratt recently attacked Audrina for her decision to have plastic surgery. "So glad my wife gets her surgery in bev hills and not where Jwow and audrina go. We love american doctors! Audrina - Don't hate because your nasty Tijuana plastic surgery got you no press... and my wife is #1 story on people - 5 days in a row! Who elected you to gage cool?"
