Phil Spector’s Murder Trial Was An Absolute Sham
Los Angeles, CA—I wrote extensively about legendary record producer, Phil Spector’s first murder trial that ended in a mistrial when jurors could not reach a unanimous verdict. . I was not able to do much with the retrial because of other commitments, but it was even worse that the first trial.

Both trials were as unfair, and as outrageous as I’ve ever seen in my 40 years of experience inside the criminal justice system. During the trials I compared L.A. Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler to Roland Freisler, the President of The People’s Court of Germany’s Third Reich. I don’t think that was an exaggeration because of nearly every ruling made by Fidler.

It was obvious to me that Judge Fidler had an agenda to convict Spector at any cost after numerous embarrassing high profile acquittals of other celebrity defendants. Fidler was drunk with power as he satisfied the harpy-pundits of that failed TV network, Court TV. It just so happened that I met Judge Fidler when he was invited to San Francisco to attend an Investigative Reporter’s and Editor’s conference in San Francisco with that very pretty, former Court TV correspondent, Beth Karas.

Spector’s trial was not about evidence but was an exercise of pure hatred. The trial manifested hatred for Spector’s wealth, flamboyant hair, manner of dress and lifestyle.

Spector had a lifetime’s worth of gold-digging women satisfying his libido and then angered when Spector did not give them the wealth and fame they sought. The very worst of this group were allowed to testify against Spector about decades old affairs.

Spector’s real crime was his sometimes horrible taste and judgment in the women he allowed in his bed. In that mix were thieves, extortionists and drug addicts. Some would return to haunt Spector for a slim chance at fame and of course the cash they could get from the tabloids for their tall tales.

The dead woman, Lana Clarkson fit Spector’s bedmates well. Clarkson was a failed and now too old actress with habit for ingesting Vicodin nearly a dozen times a day. The poor woman was an alcoholic suffering from depression and was nearly destitute. It was clear that Clarkson was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol when she died.

None the less Clarkson was a sympathetic figure that Hollywood used and spit out. Clarkson was beautiful and there was evidence she tried very hard to gain fame and fortune that sadly never materialized. Clarkson was really just another tragic story from The Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

Clarkson did not go home with Phil Spector who she just met for anything more than an act of commerce. Spector had money and Clarkson needed some.

A violent death occurred but the evidence of murder just was not there. On the contrary there was a lot of evidence suggesting suicide or a self-inflicted accidental shooting by a drunken woman.

We don’t have a video, instant replay of this tragedy. We and the jury had to guess how Clarkson died. It’s a human trait to want to assign blame for a needless death. The blame went to Phil Spector.

In Judge Fidler’s court Clarkson’s problems were sanitized while any and everyone who wanted was encouraged by the jurist to throw mud on Spector.

Phil Spector was railroaded to a prison cell for more years than the 70 year-old has left on earth. Spector very well may never live long enough to win his appeal. This is wrong.

With The People’s Court of Germany, the public did not see much of anything wrong with Judge Freisler’s show trials either. “Justice” was always administered there, swift and sure. What happened in this Los Angeles courtroom can happen to you or someone you love.

Actually, Leonard Cohen stole from me, committed criminal tax fraud, retaliated with his fraudulent law suit, and cannot stop lying. The man is a pathetic con artist and fraud and all the cyber-terrorists in the world will not change that fact. There is NO judgment. I was not served the lawsuit and the judge has NO jurisdiction over me. Furthermore, it’s hard to believe that a judge can participate in theft, fraud, conversion, and an attempt to cover up criminal tax fraud. Then again, it is Los Angeles. Are the police looking for me? Tell them to email me. Actually the cyber-terrorists stalking me around the internet, maliciously lying about me, targeting my family and friends, and criminally harassing me and others, are clearly deranged lunatics with motive. In fact, some of them appear to be affiliated with the Clarkson family who apparently thinks it is acceptable to turn a suicide into a homicide while an innocent man sits in prison. The cyber-terrorists are a sadistic, sick, and vile crowd. Clearly they have motive to attempt to keep Cohen credible. He did make an appearance in Phil Spector’s trial. Keeping Cohen, a lying con artist fraud and thief, credible is a joke. His past has come back to haunt him.

She stole over 5 million from him. She has mutliple restraining orders against her plus 6 bench warrants. There is a judgement of over $10 million dollars against her. She has publicly stated she will not pay it. She also owes Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and all the major credit card companies. She is a deranged lunatic and does not know Phil Spector, the murderer. She just ran from California and is hiding out somewhere in NY State. Whomever is harboring this criminal will be arrested too.

Call the FBI, LAPD, Santa Monica PD, Baltimore PD..etc. Also, contact the Judge and Cohen's attorney for she is in direct violation of the restraining order against you.

P.S. if she threatens to sue you, laugh at her. She's a homeless **** who can't afford a bus ticket unless a relative who no longer wants her pays for it. She will never go down to any court house because she knows she will be arrested.

“On May 12, 2006, the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, ruled on the issue of ownership of the funds, and entered default judgment in favor of Cohen and against Lynch in the amount of 7.3 million in damages and interest…In rendering judgment, the California court declared Lynch was ‘not the owner of any assets in Traditional Holdings, LLC’ and any interest Lynch had in ‘any other entity related to Cohen ... she [held] as trustee for Cohen's equitable title.’ The California court enjoined Lynch from interfering with Cohen's right to receive any such funds or property or in any other way exercising control over any funds or property related to Cohen. The California court ruling was not appealed and is now final. [Par.] The final judgment of the California court settles the dispute between Lynch and Cohen over ownership of the [$154,000].”

Kelley Lynch the criminal, never showed up in court. She claims, lies really that she was not served. We have all her contradictory statements that prove otherwise. That is yet another reason why she is hiding.

Kelley Lynch fled Los Angeles for Boulder, Co. in 2007 when things got too hot for her there, fled Boulder, Colorado to NJ to avoid legal entanglements, then returned to Louisville, Colorado, then fled to Katy Texas, then to Houston, Texas, then returned to Los Angles in November of 2009.

Days after we published that Kelley Lynch has six bench warrants for her arrest out of Los Angeles dating from 2005 and 2006, Kelley Lynch (we are informed) has now fled AGAIN to avoid arrest.
