Lady Gaga's gown moves by itself. Creepy or totally cool?

Lady Gaga appeared on the popular Jonathan Ross TV show in Britain, singing "Brown Eyes," and wearing a shimmery white outfit that looked like it was straight out of 'The Wizard of Oz." If Glinda the Good Witch is missing a gown, Lady Gaga found it.

The singer is infamous for her controversial arty costumes. But the wildest thing about this flowing angelic dress -- and the huge matching headpiece --  is that they were both animated. Moving slowly, the slit skirt opened up and the headpiece flared out to reveal her face rather like an Australian Frilled-Neck Lizard.
