Jessica Simpson cleans out the closet. What, no more mom jeans?

Jessica Simpson is reevaluating her image, and certain clothes aren't making the cut.

In this picture she posted to Twitter Wednesday (March 3), she writes: "Cleaning out my closets...20 boxes of NO's so far. Really? I bought this? My lord!! Hahaha"

Yeah, the sombrero probably isn't going to show up on any runways soon, but at least they're not as controversial as the mom jeans that Jessica once wore to a chili cook-off that brought scrutiny to her generous curves. The entertainer was labeled "fat," for wearing jeans that she revealed on "Oprah" was actually only a Size 4.

Jessica says that the "mom jeans" incident was probably the low point in the tabloid coverage of her life. Wow, so even John Mayer's "sexual napalm" kiss and tell interview didn't come close. It just goes to show how much the world is obsessed with body image. Jessica explores this topic on her VH1 show, "The Price of Beauty," which premieres Monday, March 15.
