Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James settled one sexual harassment lawsuit for $750,000 in 2007 when he was married to her.But that wasn't his first sexual harassment suit settled out of court.
In 2000, when he was married to Karla James, his first wife, a West Coast Choppers employee named Deann McClung filed a lawsuit in 2000 for wrongful termination, sexual battery and sexual harassment.
And here's the best part. She alleged that he groped and touched her with... his penis.
Radaronline.com reveals the court documents claiming he displayed pornography in the workplace, made lewd glances and comments about women. OK, Let's let that one slide. It is, after all, a bike shop so a woman working there has got to expect and deal with a certain amount of that behavior.
But here's where the line should probably be drawn.
McClung states she was groped by James, "James touched and/or attempted to touch Plaintiff's intimate parts including her breasts. In addition, James touched/and or touch Plaintiff with his intimate part including his sexual organ."
The Dish Rag thinks the Vanilla Gorilla should be caged and tranked. Do we hear a second?
